Stephen Greene's practice focuses primarily in the areas of cooperative and condominium law, including corporate governance matters, mortgage financing, contract drafting and negotiation, and in the representation of clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions including retail and office leasing, the purchase and sale of retail, commercial and residential properties, and related financings.
Stephen also has significant experience in complex commercial, real estate, and general business litigation in federal and state court.
Before becoming a lawyer, Stephen served as an officer in the United States Army. He was qualified as a U.S. Army Ranger and attained the rank of captain while leading armored cavalry reconnaissance units.
Stephen began his legal career in 2000 as a law clerk to the Hon. Gregory W. Carman, who was at that time Chief Judge of the U. S. Court of International Trade. Stephen joined Levin & Glasser in 2002, and became a partner in 2011.
