Steven Levin has over 35 years experience as a litigator. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts and before dispute resolution tribunals involving construction, matrimonial, intellectual property, employment, and contract disputes.

Steve began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, Kings County, where he tried numerous felony cases. After leaving the DA's office, he became a Deputy Chief of the Commercial Litigation Bureau of the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York, where he tried cases and argued appeals in matters arising in the construction industry. In 1981, he joined McDonough Marcus & Cohen where, as a partner, he represented contractors, owners, sureties, and others involved in construction-related claims, contract negotiation and interpretation, regulatory compliance, litigation, and arbitration. In 1995, he and David Glasser formed Levin & Glasser, where Steve has continued his concentration in construction and commercial litigation, while also employing his extensive trial and dispute resolution skills to represent clients in matrimonial and family law matters.
