David Nathan represents individuals and public and private businesses in complex commercial litigations in federal and state court, as well as in arbitrations and mediations, and regularly represents clients in disputes involving real estate, business ownership issues, business formation and operation, employment, breach of duty, contract issues, fraudulent conveyances and wills and estates. He also counsels clients on various corporate, licensing, employment and real estate matters. David began his legal career in the litigation group at Barrett Smith Schapiro Simon & Armstrong in 1982 where he handled a variety of civil litigation, white collar defense and corporate investigations. He founded his own law firm in 1989, expanding upon his commercial and real estate litigation practice, and serving as outside general counsel to a variety of businesses. David joined Levin & Glasser in 2002.
